You are able to pay for your goods using all major credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo). Secure servers offer Breadlink customers the highest level of security when entering credit card details over the Internet or through us on the phone. All processed orders are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus postage and packing charges where applicable. All credit/debit card purchases are subject to the normal validation checks and authorisation procedures adopted by the card issuer. Any refusal by the issuer of any payment card to authorise the payment to us, for any reason, will not render Breadlink liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. In instances where the product has already been despatched we can arrange a collection from the original address but all transport charges will be at your expense. In any event where the card processing facility is not working, customers of Breadlink will be emailed and someone from the company will contact them to arrange payment. This may be done using a credit/debit card over the phone, or by sending a cheque through the post. We will then process the order and despatch as normal.

Shipping Policy

Information about your package will be sent to you by e-mail upon processing by our shipping department. Eventually a tracking number and the URL where you can check your package location will be supplied depending on the shipping method you selected.

All orders placed before 12H00 (noon) of an open day are shipped on the same day. After 12H00, packages are sent the second open day.

The following methods are available for shipping:

- UK : Parcel Force 48h00.
- Europe Parcel with DHL or Parcel Force: Takes 2 to 7 days to Europe.
- World Wide (Rest of the World) with DHL or UPS: Varies depending on distance and country.

Return Policy

We are pleased to offer a 100% guarantee that if you are dissatisfied in any way with the products you have ordered, we will exchange them or provide a refund (exclusive of transport chages). To request a refund or replacement, please contact us by email. The goods should be returned unopened, all labels intact and all goods should be in a proper resaleable condition and are required to be returned within 1 day of receipt. We require you to return the goods to us for inspection. We will not of course make a refund if the product is returned openned or faulty.

We are also happy to refund all charges if you cancel your order prior to despatching. In this case we will charge a £3.00 processing fee that take also into account your lost packaging.
